	Hi, The upload speed is defined by the authors of the hardware you are using. Are you really trying to change the upload speed? What is the actual problem you are having? Maybe the problem is that debug is enabled and that has a different speed setting. To avoid confusion please switch the toolbar from Debug to Release and then see if things work the way you want. Thanks
