Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

hi I keep getting the following error message when im trying to enter my activation key, any help you can provide me would be greatly appreciated

Hi Steve,

Please email the license key to info [at] visualmicro.com so that we can reset it.

Please also upgrade to version 1305.21 of Visual Micro which you will find on codeplex DOWNLOADS>Visual Micro for Arduino - Beta Channel.

Got it thanks, it has been reset.

Did you upgrade to 1305.21? You should do that before using the key again.
