Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Hi Tim
Sorry to contact you through the forum but I have no other means at this time. We were the victims of an armed robbery in our house on Monday night and we have lost all that is valuable except our lives.

I have absolutely zero software or data as all backups were taken as well. So I feel like I was born yesterday, no contacts , no emails, no programs, no data and years of work gone.

I bought a new laptop and could not get anything with Windows 7 so now I am forced to use the crappiest OS on the planet, Windows 8. 
Needles to say I have lost my free VS as well. So the question now is what do I do to get started gain given the scenario as I have it now.
Any suggestions with regards to software, compilers etc to get my dev environment going again as well as it could obviously Smiley
