Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

installation error

Hi
I have this error at the beginning of the installation of Visual Micro :



I am trying to install the add-in on Atmel Studio
OS : windows 8 x64.
any solution please?

it's ok, I found the solution, the problem was easier than I thought.
I executed the installation file (.msi) as admin using the Windows CMD (ADMIN).

to open CMD ADMIN : windows button + X
 


Then we go to the location of the installation folder and we execute it :



Finally everything is OK Smiley

Great thanks for the update. Running the installer as Adiminstrator was going to be my next suggestion but normally this is not required.
