	So - to get this straight - can I use an AVRISP mkII to upload my compiled sketches by pressing the compile or debug buttons?� If so can I then use VM debugging via USB or other serial connection? If this is the case I can't see why it won't work with the AVRDragon I want to get away from USB serial uploading as I find it can be unreliable and also requires the bootloader to be present.

	Hi. Yes you can upload with programmer. The debug will work over usb or digital pins and is unaffected by upload method.
