Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Hello,

I have bought a license for 3 computers, but after registering 1 computer, i am unable to register an other one. Can someone please help?

Hi Bert,

The activations should work now please try.

Please also make sure you are using the latest release of the software. In tools>options>visual micro>version>version it should at least show 1401.x (Jan 2014)

Hi!
The company I work for wan't to buy a 3 computer commercial license, but not by PayPal, but using company invoice.
Is that possible?
Who'm can I contact in that case?

Hi,

Thanks for the message. You are welcome to buy a commercial license. You do not need a paypal account because paypal also has a direct credit card payment option on the payment screen.

If you email sales [at] visualmicro.com they will provide you with an official invoice.
