Visual Micro and Windows 7 users (Read 2060 times)

	Windows 7 64 bit. I have installed Atmel 6.2 as "administrator". I then switch over to a "user" and it works fine. I have also installed Visual Mirco on top of Atmel as "administrator" and have tested it. It asked me to enter a 30 day trial period. However when I switch over to "user", Visual Micro does not exist on the Atmel Studio. Trying to install it again from "user" results in error messages "please insert disk". Is there a fix for this?

You might be able to make it work by adding the location of the visual micro program files to tools>options>environment>addin/macros security>locations Adding this path is one of the tasks the Visual Micro installer attempts to perform. It might then be that everything works such as compile/upload except color syntax source code. In which case I can give you a reg file to fix it.
