Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

But Giving Error My Key...
Cannot Get Answer From Sales@ email

Hi,

You email sales once yesterday Sunday so it is a bit unfair to say you did not have an answer.

However we were working yesterday and replied to your email confirming that you key had been reset.

So please check your junk so that you can see our replies or try to use your key again.

If you re-format your machine in the future please give us more than 6 hours for a response and also be aware of weekends and standard holidays.
