Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

When will you support VS2015 and Arduino 1.6.2?
I'm on Windows 10 and don't want to install VS2013 just because.. (paying customer)

Hi,

2015 is only in preview and Add-ins are no longer supported. So we have to produce a new version of the UI as a Visual Studio  Extension.

Much of the work is done but due to so many Arduino/Intel/Teensy ide changes such as Arduino 1.6.2 we won't make it a priority for a few months.

Arduino 1.6.2 will be a few weeks because it includes some substantial changes.

So currently we support up to Arduino 1.6.1 and Visual Studio 2013.

Update: An extension for VS 2015 was released a few weeks ago and is the recommended solution
