	Why does the programmer list differ between Visual Studio and Atmel Studio? Visual Studio does not offer my Atmel-ICE programmer. Also How do I stop it using a programmer at all? There is a button saying "Always use programmer for upload" is that a toggle?

	Yes its a toggle. Atmel has some extra programmers

	I can see now that there is a slight colour change in the icon in the menu option. Possibly it could be a little clearer as to whether the option is on or off, tick/cross mark or some such.

	Agreed but it's how visual studio does things. the same exists on the visual micro menu and show show a tick instead of highlite
