Hi,

Look at "tools>options>visual micro>license status"

Does it say "REGISTERED"?

Thanks

I do not see "Build and Upload" in the Visual Mico drop down.
Should I see this option?

Great. You have pro enabled. The license is independent of the ide so you can install/uninstall without worrying about it.

If you reinstall windows or change windows user account that's when you might need to request a license reset by emailing info[at]visualmicro.com with your key.

Please show a screen shot and confirm you have an arrduino project open. The menu items you mention only appear when they should which means you can't build until you open or create a project/sketch.

Can't get image of dropdown for Visual Micro.  When I try to snippit then dropdown disappears.

Do you know how I can keep the dropdown there until I capture it?

Don't know if this has anything to do with the problem.  I get this message every time I create a NEW Arduino project.

That means you have not installed the Visual Studio C++. You must have unchecked it during install.
