Other then Arduino Boards? STMxxx....

Got into the first steps of Visual Studio. I love the environment. Thx!
Importing Visual Micro for Arduino is working now.

Just a small question: is there a similar solution for using STM (or Cortex) controllers in this environment? Or limited to Arduino Family.
Meaning can I use Visual Studio to also work with an STM controller? (I know VisualGDB, but freeware available?)

Hi,

You can use the Boards Manager in the Arduino Ide to install new hardware or look around GIT and other places for custom Arduino cores.

There are plenty of stm32 and cortex solutions in Arduino compatible format, Visual Micro is not hard coded to any one.

+ The Micro Explorer allows you to easily install from Zip

Visual Micro is Arduino compatible so whatever you find for Arduino should work with Visual Micro
