Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Is VM automatic debug free trial caising this in AS 6.2 ?

After executing this .bat file , which completes just fine, I receive the next in programming port output

BOSSAC bat file 

@ echo off 
mode %1:1200,n,8,1,p
C:\BOSSAC\bossac.exe --port=%1 -U false -e -w -v -b %2 -d -R       

Programming port output 
Opening port
Unable to setup debug listener
Port open

Attempt to execute the BOSSAC again gets me this in Output 

Device COM3 is not currently available.
No device found on COM3

Somewhere I read that " VM debug " is "automatic".
I am assuming that I am currently running the "VM debug" trial since my AS 6.2 would not run any Arduino code without activating it. 
How can I stop this "automatic" VM debug?
Or where can I configure it correctly?

You can untick "tools>visual micro>automatic debugging" or changed the configuration name on the tool bar from "Debug" to "Release"

Tim, did both when I started using BOSSAC. No help.
I'll try using the native port for download, but I have to reinitialize the USB driver for it. Restart OS. 
That is #2 problem, but I am making progress.

I haven't really got a firm grasp on what you have installed and which older versions of what software you are trying to use.

I am very limited for time so really I can only help people that use the up to date technologies.
