If you open an arduino porject by File-Open-Arduino Project
is is not added under the recent file opened (File-Recent Files)

So every time you must select the ino file from the beginning, and when it is under a many directory you loose many time.

On AtmelStudio every Project opened is added under the Recent Files menu, also the visualmicro project.
Is it a VisualMicro limit ?

Hi,

In Visual Studio it is more difficult to forced the opened files into the recent list.

However after you have opened a project for the first time you can use normal Visual Studiol File>Open>Project/Solution commands to open the project. These will show on the recent menus.

You can also click the solution in the solution explorer and then "File>Save As" with the same name. Then it will also appear on the recent list.
