Oddity in Manage Libraries - upgrade shows downgrade...

Hi,
in the Manage Libraries tab in Visual Micro Explored I have come across the following odd functionality.

In the Available Updates tree I have found that sometimes the upgrade is actually a lower release than I have installed.

For example, I have

WiFiManager by tzapu Version 0.9.0 INSTALLED version 0.11.0 is installed
ESP8266 WiFi Connection manager with fallback web configuration portal Library for configuring ESP8266 modules WiFi credentials at runtime

I do have V0.11 installed but the Update is prompting me to click to install V0.9

I originally installed V0.11 by downloading from Github and installing using the Install Arduino Library menu option.

Thanks yes it's a known bug that is under review.

The version numbers are correct but the calculation to determine which number is highest is wrong.

So 0.11.0 is the most recent and 0.9.0 is older.
