Thanks to some help from Atmel!

Will shortly be in the gallery. Initial release is here but still lacks support for "source code in sub folders" and "conditional/deep search for includes"

A release with those missing features will be published to the Atmel Gallery during the next few days.

Download Visual Micro 1606.14 for Atmel Studio 7

this is a very good news, for alll people that use hardware debugger in primis.

I see that on the Atmel Gallery there is the sp5 version, instead on Visualstudio gallery there is the sp10 version.

The Atmel and the VisualSTudio will not stay always at the same release level ?

To publish Atmel I have to upload to the Atmel Gallery and wait for approval. Atmel installs and performs simple tests to ensure virus free and no breakage of Atmel Studio. In some ways it's a good thing but it is a slower more cumbersome system for them and me Smiley

For Visual Studio, I upload and the version is published immediately.

So for Atmel Studio releases will have to be less often. Hopefully there will be another release next week to bring AS7 up to VS standard. Currently local libraries and a few other minor things don't work in AS7. I also found that AS7 has a few bugs so Visual Micro is hampered slightly by that.
