Uploading to I/O board using 'COM32'
The uploader returned an error

Specify a programmer using the -c option and try again

however after reinstalation problem in arduino IDE gone, but remain in visual micro. what should I do?

Please switch on vMicro>Compiler>Verbose and try again

Then attach the output as .txt file or email to info[at]visualmicro.com

Correct me if I am wrong but the verbose output suggest that you have not been updating Visual Micro but have been updating the Arduino IDE or tool chain.

Arduino added a new upload property {upload.verify} some months ago and Visual Micro was updated a week later to support it.  In fact there is a vMicro menu item that allows you to control if verify is performed or not.

You can see in your verbose output that {upload.verify} is unresolved so your Visual Micro version must be at least be a few months old?

You can find the visual micro version in "tools>extensions and updates"
