I broke my VisualMicro

While following the website's directions to turn debugging off, I changed the settings and can no longer compile a sketch. The website directions don't quit match the current VM release so I obviously changed the wrong options. I uninstalled VM and reinstalled-no change. Short of listing all my VM settings here, is there any obvious setting that can correct this?

Visual Studio 2015
VisualMicro downloaded 8/14/16
This is my compile output now:

That's VS trying to do a normal c++ compile which means Visual Micro has gone to sleep.

Make sure you have not entered anything in tools>options>visual micro>release configuration and debug configuration

Make sure the name of the project matches the name of the containing folder and an .ino name.
