	Had this problem solved thanks to tim, you just need to delete the arduino folder in this location: C:/Users/yourusername/AppData/Local/arduino15/packages/arduino That occurred in Visual Studio 2017 community, windows. p.s: I also noticed that if i was deleting EEPROM.h the problem persisted with SPI.h. So if you have the same problem with SPI.h you probably can solve this by deleting the folder.
