When compiling the program for ESP8266, it will prompt for missing files. In fact, everything is normal on the Arduino IDE.

Error prompt:
ebSockets.cpp: 42:10: fatal error: Hash.h: No such file or directory
   42 | #include <Hash.h>
   |          ^~~~~~~~
   compilation terminated
Error compiling libraries
Build failed for project 'Sketch1'

Corresponding version information:
ESP8266 Community 3.1.2
Arduino IDE 2.2.1
Visual Micro - Release 2024.0102.03 - 12th January 2024

Thanks for the report.

Can you post the complete build output as a text file, with the options set as shown at the top of the page?

Is it exactly the same code being compiled in the Arduino IDE?
