Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

  • Fix: Ensure if Library Manager Node only has 1 Child, clicking + shows the node as expected (Reported Here)
  • Update: Internal Library Index.json for new / isolated / offline installations.
  • Fix: Added Tools > Options > vMicro > User Interface: Set New Project As Startup Project (Default:True) to control whether File > New Arduino Project is automatically set as the startup Project when added.
  • Fix: Serial Monitor: Added Parity and Stop Bits to Serial Monitor Window (not persisted beyond session (Reported Here)
  • Fix: Local Board.txt Failed to update in memory after file locks could happen when VS renames it in the background (Reported Here)
