Terminal output window losing button bar?

Morning

I've been working around this for ages but thought I'd raise the issue. The terminal output window, whenever a new build is pushed to the Teensy, the button bar at the bottom disappears and I have to resize the window to get it back. I always use it floating on another monitor rather than docked in VS. Am on VS2022, and 2025.120.2203 build for the extension.

Pic2 here showing the window after a build, pic3 after a resize.

Also, if you turn auto-scroll off, and then drag the scroll bar up, auto-scroll turns back on again  Sad

Thanks for the report and detail around this.

We will investigate and update this thread when a fix is available.

Could you confirm if you are using a multiple monitor environment?

If so is the Serial Monitor Window on a different monitor to the one VS was loaded on?

Hi! I have been also working around this issue for multiple years. Multimonitor setup. I havent double checked if it happens also on thr main monitor where VS starts, but definately happens on extra monitors consistently.
